lucious will step back from the cart, and head back to where he can observe the beast from a safe distance, pulling out his data pad and writing the effects the small caliber rounds hitting it. and his return fire, and its effectiveness. also he will take notes of the target priority systems the servitor is using... to see it he is still using standard imperial wetware systems or an improvised/ modified system of its own origin.

one last thing he will take notes on is the way the spider legs offer either increased mobility over the standard human leg system. how the range of movement is effected.

"Spread out. Fire on my command." Lazerus whispers. Lazerus will send groups of soldiers to circle around the beast to the left and right. Once they are in position Lazerus will fire a full auto burst into the beast prompting Stig and the others to fire as well.

Lazerus signals the remaining Arbiters and Marx and Vachter sweep around the creature taking up positions inside a nearby store front. Lucius falls back into the shadows and begins taking notations on his data slate.

The rag garbed fighters blast away at the beast and Stig, Lazerus and the arbiters join in. Bullets and las fire tear across the beasts blood splattered hide, blasting smoking holes and tearing away bloody chunks.

Sila from her vantage point on the roof tops, can see a group of people moving across a rickety elevated causeway through the hole in the dome wall and out into the frozen ash wastes beyond. The hunched misshapen forms of several of the group give away their dark mechanicus identities. One of the others must be your quarry.

Sila shouts her information down to Lazerus.

The dark servitors heavy bolter shreds two of the nomads. The heavy caliber rounds punching through their improvised cover, detonating violently and blasting them to pieces. The remaining seven nomads begin a fighting withdraw across the plaza towards the dome breech.

"Follow!" Lazerus will bellow as he and Stig move towards the dome breach firing as they go.

Lucious will continue to stay and observe the monstrosity as he rampages, taking more, and more notes

As the waste nomads flee the raging daemon servitor turns towards you, blocking the path across the plaza. You can try to find your way around using the side streets and alleys, or fight your way past the servitor who is laying down a murderous amount of fire.

Lucious will flee into a side ally, attempting to follow the waste nomads.

"Cover and Fire!!" Lazerus will bellow as he and stig move to the nearest cover and open fire on the beast.

Sila will attempt to remain out of sight of the servitor and make her way across the roofs as best she can to the breech in the dome.

Lazerus, Stig, Marx and Vacther fire one the raging servitor from the best cover they can find. Their las bolts and hard rounds, tear into the monstrosities cursed flesh leaving jagged burns and bloody holes stitched into it's chest. The beast lays down a brutal wall of heavy bolter fire forcing everyone down. Then with a warp spawned roar it charges forward it's combat drill screeching and sparking madly.

Lucius scampers off into the dark of an alley. His black key growing hot in it's pocket as the servitor surges forward.

Sila keeps low and scuttles across the mismatched roofing of the city. She follows the fleeing nomads as best she can. She soon runs out of roof tops as the city ends abruptly and a pitched decline of quarried rockrete blocks and broken stone chips forms a treacherous ramp through the dome and out into the cold night of the wastelands. A frigid wind blows over Sila, chilling her through her ragged garments. She looks up and can see stars, bright on the horizon. There is a rickety bridge below her and she watches as the nomads hurry across it and disappear into the darkness. The dark mechanicus and your quarry are already out of sight.
